You know us. For over 40 years you’ve known us as University Mall — the place to shop and dine in Utah County. But we’ve grown, evolved, and now offer places to live, work and play. Spread over 30 blocks (112 acres to be exact), and with improvements totaling $500 million dollars, we are now University Place. That’s what’s UP.
SHOP, DINE, DO: Don’t worry — the shopping isn’t going anywhere — in fact it’s getting better! We have over 150 shops and restaurants, including Sephora, H&M, Cotopaxi, Forever 21, and RC Willey. When you’re hungry from all the shopping, you can eat at PF Chang’s, California Pizza Kitchen, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, or grab something quick at our food court.
THE ORCHARD: The Orchard is a large outdoor park located in the center of University Place. The Orchard is a versatile community gathering space complete with a choreographed water show fountain, three shaded pavilions, and plenty of covered seating. THE KID’S PLACE : At the north entrance of the shopping center is the indoor and outdoor Kid’s Place play area. With design elements that reflect the natural beauty of the Wasatch Mountains, Kid’s Place includes wooden tree house, slides, interactive play equipment, splash pad, and more. You will love the spacious family-friendly restrooms!
WORK: To keep up with all the technology-related growth in Utah, and more specifically Utah county, we’ve got five state of the art office buildings planned for University Place. The first, 545 University Place is open for business. Looking for a job, or place to bring your business, check us out.
LIVE: We think you will love it so much, you’ll want to live here, and you can. We partnered with one of the state’s top home-builders to build The Aston, The Devon, and The Exton at University Place. Though they are all distinct, but complimentary lifestyle residential communities, residents in each community have shared access to the others’ amenities that include a swimming pool, spas, a basketball and sport complex, multiple fitness centers, business centers with conference rooms, game rooms, and commercial-sized hosting venue. HISTORY: Who are ‘we’? We are the Woodbury Corporation. Our family originally built University Mall in the early 1970’s, and we’ve owned and operated it ever since. Now we are making it even better, for you and your family.
