The Orchard at University Place Rules
- Dogs are not permitted in the park. ADA service dogs are permitted. ADA & University Place does not recognize or permit animals whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support.
- Water fountains are for visual viewing only. Stay out of fountains.
- Do not throw coins or other items into the fountains.
- Alcohol, drugs and/or smoking, including e-cigarettes are not allowed in the park.
- No skateboarding, longboarding, rollerblading, roller skating, or bicycling in the park.
- Private events are not permitted in the park.
- Organizers that would like to hold an event in the park, please contact the Event Department at 801.224.0810.
